1. 2lbs. trimmed choice steak
2. 1/3 cup butter
3. 1 garlic clove, minced
4. 1/2 teaspoon pepper
5. 1/3 cup Bourbon Country Gourmet Sauce
Place steak in a baking dish and cover with mixture. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours, turn steak twice. Remove steak and reserve marinade. Cover and grill steak 4" from medium coals, turning and brushing 2 times with marinade. Grill steak 5 minutes per side for rare. Cut beef diagonally across grain into thin slices. Serves 6.
