Bourbon Country Salsa de Inclan
We did it! We have resurrected the secret recipe of Apolonio “Paul” Inclan with a twist. With diligent work and patience, we have created the famous Salsa De Inclan. Not only did we make sure to add tender bits of real Mexican cactus, but we also included tequila aged in Bourbon Barrels to bring those sweet smoky oak aromas.
Don’t get caught up on just the tequila as this is a well-balanced recipe bursting with a plethora of other flavors. We have crafted this Salsa to be around a medium heat so everyone can enjoy it. Not Hot enough? Don’t worry, pick up a bottle of our Bourbon Country Habanero Hot Sauce, so you can control the heat. Add a few drops or more to your preferred heat.
