- 2 lbs chicken wings
- ½ cup Evan Williams® Hot Wing Sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: celery sticks and ranch or blue cheese dressing
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F.
- Toss wings with oil, salt, and pepper and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until crispy and fully cooked.
- Remove wings and toss with Evan Williams® Hot Wing Sauce.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes to allow sauce to set.
- Serve hot with celery and your choice of dressing.
