Tomato Puree, Vinegar, Worcestershire Sauce (Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Water, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Anchovies, Tamarind, Natural Flavors), Sugar, Pineapple, Bourbon, Applesauce, Cornstarch, Salt, Soy Protein, Lemon Juice, Spices, Raisins, Molasses, Sodium Benzoate (to preserve freshness).

Recipe
- 2 lbs lamb chops (½ to ¾ inch thick)
- ⅓ cup apple jelly
- ⅓ cup Elijah Craig® Kentucky Bourbon Gourmet Sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
Instructions
- In a small saucepan, combine apple jelly, Elijah Craig® Kentucky Bourbon Gourmet Sauce, and minced garlic.
- Heat over medium heat, stirring constantly, until jelly is fully melted and mixture is smooth.
- Preheat grill to medium heat.
- Place lamb chops 5–6 inches from medium coals.
- Grill for 12–16 minutes for medium doneness, turning occasionally and brushing 3 times with the sauce mixture.
- Remove from grill and serve with remaining sauce.
